Hi, I’m Alisha, the owner and groomer at Fairway Dog Grooming.
I’m City & Guilds Level 3 qualified, fully insured, and trained in canine first aid. I run a calm, cage-free, one-to-one salon in Shepshed, where your dog gets my full attention from start to finish.
My focus is always on your dog’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Every groom is tailored to your pet’s coat, personality, and needs — whether they love being pampered or need a little extra reassurance.
I only use high-quality, vegan and cruelty-free products to keep coats healthy, shiny, and smelling amazing.

Booking & Deposits

This helps protect appointment slots and keep the diary fair for everyone.
Cancellations & Late Policy

No-shows / same-day cancellations: 100% charge

Within 24 hours: 50% charge

£5 per 10 minutes late (drop-off or collection)

Over 20 minutes late may result in cancellation
Prompt collection is essential as I’m not licensed to board pets.
Health, Welfare & Safety
Fleas
Dogs must be flea-free. If fleas are found, the groom will end and a £10 deep clean fee applies.
Matting
Severely matted coats may need clipping for welfare reasons. Humane de-matting only.
Behaviour
Aggressive behaviour must be disclosed. I reserve the right to stop a groom if needed.
